Newly renovated rooms are clean, bright and have 14 foot high vaulted ceilings.
Tables, chairs, stools and cubes provided for rehearsal furniture. Up to 30 chairs available for readings.
Fully handicapped accessible.

Rates: Each room rents for $15 per hour

Reservation and Security Deposit Policy:
To reserve space, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total balance. Also, a refundable deposit of $100 is required.
We require 48 hours notice to cancel a reserved time. If you cancel a reserved time giving us 48 hours notice, you will be refunded 50% of the money paid for that time period.
Small changes in schedule (starting a 1/2 hour earlier and ending 1/2 hour earlier) will be accommodated in good faith as long as the changes do not interfere with previous bookings.
Refer a renter
When you refer a new renter that books more than five hours with Epiphany, you receive a credit for one free hour off your next rental.
Got a lot of heart, but not a lot of $$? This is a great program for companies or individuals that are willing to spend time working for us in exchange for free rental space. Some positions in the past have included box office managing, concessions selling, stage managing, and general office work. Please contact us for more details.
Large Production Rentals
If your company is rehearsing more than seven hours during the day for five or more days a week and for four or more weeks, then we have got a deal for you! Rent both our rooms for $20/ hour. This program saves you $10/hour, and adds a large space that can be used for meetings, extra rehearsals, or a warm-up area. Great for companies that need a lot of peace, quiet and privacy!
